Why the name Point of View?
A few reasons: First, we are located right at what is called “the point of the mountain”. Secondly, we boast incredible views of the beautiful mountains, colorful summer sunsets, dazzling morning sunrises, and twinkling valley lights. Lastly, we strive to make this community and your home the very best from your point of view.
Do you allow pets? Do you have any breed restrictions?
Yes! Point of View loves pets! We have 3 off-leash pet play areas and a fully-equipped pet grooming station! We accept cats and dogs, with a limit of two pets per apartment: $475 pet deposit and $45 monthly pet rent per pet. We know that with the right care and training, any breed can be a great pet so we ask that if your dog is on the list of typically restricted breeds, that you meet with our on-site team for a "pet interview".
How do I reserve a top-floor apartment with the best view?
Apply today secure one of our Penthouse suites with 11 ft. ceilings, or our apartments with valley views as these apartments go fast! Both of these floorplans have a monthly premium but are worth every penny.
I am from out of state, what can I expect living here?
Expect the unexpected! You will love the lifestyle here, a perfect balance of city and nature. Draper has so much to offer, and living here will ensure you make the most of it. If the mountain trails, ski resorts, and paragliding won't keep you busy, then our rooftop pool and deck, fitness center, Entertainment Room and Sports Lounge will.

Tell me more about the storage units?
We offer super convenient storage units in a range of sizes for your extra things for a monthly fee. Most storage units are in the hallways just steps from your apartment. We also offer parking stalls with an added 2x10 storage area with roll up door - perfect for skis, bikes or anything you’d like secured.
How long of a lease do you offer?
We offer flexible lease terms, anywhere from 3 -14 months!
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Furnished apartments are available for a minimum of a 3 month lease - rates may vary depending on lease terms and request of furnishings. *Furnished by CORT Furniture
What do the "Smart Home" features include?
No more fumbling with keys or worrying about if you locked your door when you left! With STRATIS, you can open and lock your door from your phone. Open the door for your guests or dog walker, adjust your thermostat to make sure it is the perfect temperature, or set your mood lighting from your couch.
What is the parking situation like? Is parking assigned?
One of the best parts of our community is the climate-controlled parking garage, no more scraping off snow in the winter or sweating in the summer. You will be assigned one parking stall in the garage which is included in your amenity package fee. Additional parking spots in the garage are available for a monthly fee. All outdoor parking is first come first serve.
What is included in the amenity fee package?
In addition to your monthly rental amount, we charge a monthly amenity package. This fee includes your Smart Home features, full size washer and dryer, 1 parking stall in the garage, valet trash service, and free internet and cable package.
What is valet trash?
Valet trash is a wonderfully convenient service offered to our residents - simply place your trash outside of your door after 5 PM in the provided receptacle and Valet Living will pick it up Sunday - Thursday.
Can my friends and family come visit?
Absolutely! We offer fully equipped guests suites for your visiting guests to enjoy all the amazing amenities of the community and for a competitive rate - so much better than the local hotels!
