1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website for Point of View Apartments (“POV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational and convenience purposes, including to learn about the community, check availability, submit inquiries, and access application or resident services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data or content
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without written permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
3. Applications & Online Leasing
If you submit an application or complete any online leasing steps through the Site or linked services, you agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
- Qualification standards and screening criteria apply.
- Fees (including application and administrative fees, if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
4. Resident Portal & Third-Party Services (Including Entrata)
Point of View Apartments may use third-party software and service providers to support online applications, leasing workflows, resident portals, maintenance requests, messaging, and payment processing (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). This may include services provided by Entrata.
Third-Party Services are governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. When you access a Third-Party Service, you may be redirected away from this Site.
- POV does not control Third-Party Services and is not responsible for their availability or performance.
- POV is not responsible for outages, processing delays, technical errors, or data issues occurring on Third-Party Services.
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms presented to you.
5. Payments
If you make payments through the Site or Third-Party Services, you authorize electronic processing of rent and other charges.
- Convenience or processing fees may apply, depending on the payment method and platform.
- Returned or rejected payments may result in additional fees as permitted by your lease and applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, images, logos, floor plans, graphics, and design) are owned by POV or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission from POV.
